Virtual Training Solutions, Web-based learning tools(SITRAIN, LXP) - Siemens

Many companies are already facing—or will soon encounter—a shortage of skilled workers, creating a pressing need for new learning solutions. Virtual Training Solutions addresses this challenge with Creator, a no-code product that allows users to develop their own training programs using CAD data from their machines to create personalized digital twins. The goal is to empower users to design gamified learning experiences, improving workforce skills while enhancing quality, optimizing time, and reducing costs.

As part of the Siemens Digital Industries Learning Platforms team, I collaborated with UX designers, researchers, developers, and project managers to establish the UX research process for both VR and web-based industrial training platforms like SITRAIN and LXP (yet to be released). My role focused on heuristic evaluations, usability testing, and user interviews to refine user experiences. I also contributed to interaction design, working with design systems and building workflows/concepts in Figma, while conducting qualitative analysis, accessibility evaluations, and leveraging Azure AI to inform UX research solutions.
